Description

• A Supervising Clinician at Centria oversees ABA Therapy and provides guidance to Behavior Technicians • Our Foundations of Care model centers around our clients and ensures individualized care through assent-based care • We have multiple layers of clinical support ranging from local leadership to Area Vice Presidents • Our Dyad model allows you to focus exclusively on clinical services, eliminating operational tasks • At Centria, you'll be surrounded by practitioners who are values-aligned and engage in assent-based practices • The role includes providing clinical oversight to clientele • Engaging parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes • Develop child-specific behavior plans following principles of ABA therapy

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines • Completed 8-hour supervision course or willing to complete within first 30 days of employment • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable • 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders • Previous supervision experience is preferred • Crisis management experience is preferred
