• Manage the initial onboarding process for new clients • Serve as the primary point of contact and onboarding subject matter expert • Manage multiple projects by following implementation protocols • Provide training, materials or information needed for customer success • Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Success Team
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 2 years of experience in project management or onboarding, preferably in a healthcare setting/EHR or technical software setting
