• Bachelor’s degree in science, Marketing, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing, ideally within clinical research, life sciences, or healthcare. • Specific experience surrounding oncology, cell and gene therapy or virology services/products would be advantageous. • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI). • Data-driven mindset with a track record of optimising campaign performance. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Highly organized, detail-orientated, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
