• We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Therapist to support our mission in democratizing access to high-quality mental health care! • Cerebral takes a holistic and comprehensive approach when providing care for our patients. • Our telemedicine therapists collaborate with prescribers as needed, to support clients during their mental health journey. • This therapist role provides direct care for a panel of clients and allows for flexibility when client sessions can be scheduled. You can see clients during traditional business hours, evenings, or on weekends.

Requirements

• Independently Licensed Therapist in the United States for any of the following license structures: Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work • You are licensed and in good standing in at least one state; must be open to obtaining additional state licenses upon starting • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent • Experience in diagnosing mental health disorders in accordance with the DSM-5 criteria • Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing & implementing outcome-focused care • Empathetic and intuitive listening • Strong verbal and written communication • Knowledgeable in crisis response • Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems & tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, proprietary EMR, etc.) • Passionate about our mission of improving access to high-quality mental health care • An entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred
