Description

• We are seeking a driven and innovative Product Manager to join our team. • In this role, you will own managing and delivering priorities across all business functions for the LMS (Learning Management System) and CMS (Content Management System). • The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of product management principles with a passion for digital learning and a commitment to deliver exceptional user experiences. • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company’s vision, market opportunities, and learner needs. • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements. • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market and ensure a seamless user experience. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather learner and instructor feedback and incorporate it into product development. • Advocate for the needs of learners and ensure products are designed to drive engagement and learning outcomes. • Facilitate discovery sessions to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Oversee the design and development process, ensuring products are delivered on time and within scope. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. • Analyze product performance and user behavior, using data to make informed decisions and prioritize future developments. • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and execute product launch plans. • Ensure successful rollouts by providing training and resources for internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on IT product development or software development projects. • Experience in EdTech and digital learning a plus • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with demonstrated success in leading Agile teams and managing sprints. • Strong technical knowledge of software development processes, IT infrastructure, and systems integration. • Excellent product management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Coda) and Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). • Exceptional communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills. • Open to travel a few times per year for in-person meetings.
