Description

•We are seeking a part-time/contract Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our dynamic Product and Engineering teams. •Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Talent, you will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting and securing top-tier talent across various product-related disciplines, such as Engineering, Design, Management, and more. •This role demands a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of technical recruitment on an international scale. •You will enhance our global presence and shape the future of our Product team by bringing exceptional talent to Ceros.

Requirements

•3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on product and engineering roles. •Proven track record of managing recruitment in rapidly growing tech startups. •Experience with international recruitment is a plus. •Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS is preferred. •Demonstrated success in using innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates. •Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and how to engage top talent in the tech industry. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire candidates and influence hiring decisions.
