• Cybercrime is rising, reaching record highs in 2023. • At CertifID, we provide a secure platform that verifies the identities of parties involved in transactions. • Our technology mitigates risks and ensures transactions are conducted with confidence and peace of mind. • We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer - Data, focusing on data engineering and implementation. • You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and enhance data integrity.

Requirements

• Although not a strict requirement, candidates for this position will usually have 4+ years of experience in data engineering, infrastructure/cloud engineering, or backend software engineering. • Strong experience with modern ELT tools like Fivetran & DBT or similar frameworks for building performant data pipelines. • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL/document databases (e.g., MongoDB). • Demonstrated expertise in Python for data engineering and data science applications. • Experience with data platforms, DAGs, semantic layers, and modern data architecture concepts. • Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, or specifically Hex.tech for data analysis and visualization. • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# is a plus.
