🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 12+ years in software engineering roles, and 5+ years in management including some experience managing other managers. • Enterprise software delivery with high quality and performance. • SaaS enterprise software development and delivery. • Experience working on data-related software, Master Data Management experience is preferred over other data areas. • Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools. • Containerization & Orchestration: Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable cloud infrastructure. • Experience building observability into enterprise software (preferred tools include GCP Logging, Stackdriver, GCP tracing) • Leadership Qualities: High initiative, collaborative, and able to align technical improvements with business goals, able to organize multiple teams and lead other leaders in the organization. • Communication Skills: Able to articulate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
