Our goal is to reduce the cost of healthcare by streamlining access to provider data and reduce administrative and regulatory burden on healthcare organizations. • Certify is revolutionizing the healthcare industry by laying the infrastructure upon which the next generation of provider-centric applications (network adequacy, accuracy, provider utilization, etc.) will be built. Founded on the principles of trust, transparency and accountability, we aim to challenge the status quo at every step and are looking for purpose-driven team members to share our journey in redefining the Healthcare data infrastructure. • About the role: • As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your manager to manage the day-to-day tasks of the provider outreach team. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience • Strong attention to detail • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Willingness to travel to mail documents • Preferable: Healthcare Experience • Compensation: $21 Per hours • Working hours: minimum 10 hours and up to 30 hours per week. • Note: this role will require training during normal business hours (9 - 5pm EST) for the first few weeks, but will have a flexible schedule from thereon out.
