Description
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records by conducting regular audits and reconciliations • Provide insights into financial performance and assist with economic forecasting and budgeting • Process the month-end and year-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Manage journal entries, accruals, and adjustments to finalise the monthly financials • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) • Assist in preparing for external audits • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations • Participate in external and internal audits • Prepare regulatory reports • Perform account reconciliations • Implement and monitor internal controls • Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and recommend improvements • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance reporting efficiency
Requirements
• 3-5 years of accounting experience in international companies • Experience in financial reporting and general ledger management • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Business Central, QuickBooks, Xero) • Advanced Excel skills • Solid understanding of IFRS standards or US GAAP • Strong analytical abilities • Attention to detail • Communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
