Requirements

β€’ Experience in the maintenance of Genesys PureEngage β€’ Experience in maintaining Windows (>2016 - Expert KnowHow) and Linux RedHat (> RHEL 7 - Expert KnowHow) environments β€’ Experience in analysing logs β€’ Experience in monitoring system availability β€’ Experience in incident and problem management β€’ Experience in vulnerability remediation β€’ Experience with complex network and system infrastructures
