Requirements

• 7+ years of professional data/software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Servant leadership mindset and an ability to inspire and motivate others • Ability to work on a globally distributed team with a high degree of ownership • Experience owning multi-month long projects, including communication of progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation directly with stakeholders and partners • Good communication skills
