Description

• Engineering Manager • Contract type: Permanent, full-time • Hours: 42.5hours per week, Monday to Friday 07.30 - 16.30 • Location: Midlands preferred; however other locations will be considered. • Travel across the UK will be required for this role • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Manager. • You will be responsible for developing and managing a direct and sub-contract engineer base. • You will manage the overall supervision of their work to ensure high standards of quality and a positive contribution to customer satisfaction and profitability. • You will be responsible for ensuring HSQE and Technical compliance for Level 1 Projects, Service and Repair jobs.

• Recruitment and Development of Direct Engineers • Overseeing Engineering Performance • Engineering & Technical Supervision • Project Management Assistance • Management of tools, fleet and equipment • Work with staff and other departments ensuring continuous improvement • Work with development team to develop the company strategy and set targets and objectives to team
