• Create a roadmap for several critical CCIP initiatives • Strategize and execute on the roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful integration • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to communicate product updates, gather feedback, and ensure effective stakeholder communication • Stay updated with the crypto consumer landscape, including DeFi and NFTs, to inform product strategy and improvements to the CCIP Explorer • Utilize your technical proficiency in blockchain technology to ramp up quickly on CCIP and cross-chain bridging capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline • 4+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of managing complex product launches and engaging with many cross-functional stakeholders • Strong technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams • Proven experience in launching and growing consumer products, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry • Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly across different teams, particularly Marketing, to drive product growth. • In-depth knowledge and experience with web3 and blockchain. Ideally having built protocols, at the very least, having used them actively • Strong stakeholder communication skills, including internal stakeholders, external partners, and integrators
