Description

• Gather and ideate feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints. • Identify unmet user needs and manage product releases with cross-functional teams. • Work with passionate Engineering team to discover customer needs and validate assumptions. • Plan, prioritise, and refine the product feature backlog. • Develop detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria. • Lead cross-functional teams to define and achieve sprint goals. • Remove impediments to team progress and address production issues during Sprints. • Analyse insights from qualitative and quantitative data to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner (or similar role in product development or product management), achieving business results and creating real value for customers. • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence others and advocate for the best interests of the business and our customers. • Excellent time management and organisational skills • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum) • Ideally, experience working in a product-led environment, with a basic technical background and knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and web technologies
