• Detailed design and implementation of assigned product roadmap items • Resolution of assigned Level 3 product support issues • Detailed design and implementation of fixes to Level 4 product support issues • Regular “Show & Tell” sessions to present developed product functionality to internal or external audiences as appropriate • Advice when appropriate to Professional Services as to the best way to use the product • Feedback on and suggested input to the product roadmap
