• Chainlink Labs is the primary contributing developer of Chainlink, the decentralized computing platform powering the verifiable web. • Responsible for continuous development and refinement of our product roadmap, including new features for token issuers and end users. • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of initiatives. • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of launching and growing web3 products and a solid understanding of blockchain technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline 4+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of managing complex product launches and engaging with many cross-functional stakeholders • Strong technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams • Proven experience in launching and growing consumer products, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry. Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly across different teams, particularly Marketing, to drive product growth. • In-depth knowledge and experience with web3 and blockchain. Ideally having built protocols, at the very least, having used them actively • Strong stakeholder communication skills, including internal stakeholders, external partners, and integrators
