Description

• Responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance technology solutions. • Lead the design and architecture of cloud-based solutions on AWS to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. • Design solutions that automate the application of our solutions to 3rd party platform APIs. • Oversee the implementation and management of data warehousing solutions using Snowflake, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing. • Develop and manage ETL pipelines and workflow automation using Apache Airflow to streamline data processes. • Integrate and manage machine learning platforms to enhance data analytics and predictive modeling capabilities. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and objectives. • Establish and enforce best practices for cloud architecture, data management, and software development across the organization. • Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, proactively suggesting improvements and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology architecture, with a strong focus on AWS, Snowflake, Airflow, and machine learning platforms.  Experience working in a startup or SMB is strongly desired. • Extensive experience in the programmatic advertising, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and requirements. • Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, and others. • Expertise in Snowflake data warehousing solutions, including schema design, performance optimization, and security. In particular, experience with large (> 100TB) data sets. • Strong experience with Apache Airflow for workflow automation and orchestration. • Experience developing solutions in Python and C#. • Solid understanding of data management principles, ETL processes, and data integration techniques. • Experience with machine learning platforms and tools for data analytics and predictive modeling. • Proven track record of leading technology projects and teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
