Description

• Provide expert knowledge in designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting Workday modules • Identify opportunities to maximize system accuracy and efficiency • Complete new configurations to tenant set-up or security profiles in Workday • Optimize system effectiveness and functional processes through program configuration • Anticipate and provide the data reporting needs from business partners • Review system usage metrics and identify, investigate and resolve potential issues • Resolve tier two escalations for Workday and Kronos • Complete knowledge transfer to end-users to ensure system adoption • Participate in the development of training materials for HR staff • Partner with HR CoEs to translate end user needs into system requirements • Integrate solutions with enterprise information systems standards • Provide technical support for new HR system implementation • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 5-10 years of relevant work experience • Experience with Workday (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent) required
