📋 Description
• Remote, work-from-home role open in Portugal • Responsible for leading and managing a team of customer support advisors • Ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients • Oversee daily operations, coach and mentor team members • Drive performance to meet or exceed established goals and metrics • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ Team Management experience in a BPO/Contact Centre environment • Competent in providing high-level support to team members and customers • High levels of initiative with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks • Proven organisational, methodical, and rigorous skills • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key issues • Team player able to develop great relations with all internal teams • Growth mindset and a proactive, self-motivated individual • Remote working experience and capabilities • English Proficiency & Comprehension (spoken and written)
