📋 Description
• We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Team based in Ireland • The Marketing Manager will play a leading role in the evolution of the marketing team • The ideal candidate is a high-octane doer who gets stuff done, is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and has a broad skill set • It is a hands-on role, working directly with the Chief Marketing Officer and other internal stakeholders • Key skills will include; content creation, and distribution, managing external 3rd parties, managing the website and executing the strategic marketing plan • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced high growth scaleup
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not always required) • 4+ years of experience working as a Marketing Manager • Experience working in a B2B startup or scale up an advantage • Excellent prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns • Ability to create compelling content across various platforms (blogs, ads, social media, email, video)
