Description

• Under limited supervision, the Software Engineer II is responsible for the analysis, development, implementation, and support of multi-layered enterprise applications. • This role involves designing and developing new libraries, components, applications, services, or integrations, as well as enhancing existing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with appropriate resources to deliver effective solutions. • The Software Engineer II also explores emerging technologies and anticipates industry disruptions. • The role requires documenting and demonstrating solutions through comprehensive documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and adherence to coding standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field • 3-5 years of relevant experience • Demonstrable knowledge of current application development techniques, such as object-oriented and client/server methodologies • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Jenkins, and containerized deployments • Experience writing software across multiple layers of the application stack (front-end, back-end, database technology, and data) • Experience in a team-oriented, cross-functional work environment with formal structures, roles, and responsibilities
