Description

• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress and Hubspot websites for clients • Develop custom WordPress/Hubspot plugins and themes • Optimize WordPress/Hubspot websites for performance and speed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success • Mentor and train junior developers • Stay up to date with WordPress developments and new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field • Minimum of 8 years of experience in WordPress development • Experience in developing custom WordPress plugins, WP Engine and themes • Experience in developing custom Hubspot plugins and themes • Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles • Ability to go from mockups to implementation • Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP • Experience with Figma, Adobe XD • Experience with Elementor Website Builder • Experience with compiling web assets • Expertise with frontend web frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, and jQuery • Debugging frontend issues using Chrome / Firefox DevTools • Experience with WordPress/Hubspot site optimization and speed optimization • Excellent communication skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience in leading development teams is a plus • Experience working in a contractor capacity a plus • Must be willing to submit to a background check • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
