Description
• Seeking a dedicated Marketing Web/Customer Optimization Specialist to enhance user journey • Focus on ensuring a seamless and optimized experience across our website and mobile apps • Requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in A/B testing, and collaboration with various teams • Map out user journeys for paid cohort customers with recommendations for optimization opportunities • Define A/B testing framework for digital ads and their respective landing pages
Requirements
• Proven 4-5 experience in web optimization, A/B testing, and user journey analysis • Strong understanding of digital marketing and creative testing strategies • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making • Knowledge of SEO best practices and their application to landing page optimization • Ability to confidently present testing strategies, frameworks, and results to stakeholders • Experience in e-commerce and understanding of user behavior in online shopping contexts is a plus • Ability to travel 2-3 times a year to our Lehi, Utah Clubhouse for in person collaboration and annual Chatfest celebration
