Description

• Nemours is seeking an IS Business Applications Analyst (Hospital Billing) to join our Nemours Children's Health team. • This is a Remote position supporting Epic's Hospital Billing Application. • This position is responsible for providing direct support to end users in the efficient and accurate utilization of IS business and clinical applications. • Analysts participate in building, testing, and validating new functionality. • Collaborates with senior management to plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of systems and services. • Identifies and coordinates system updates, changes and enhancements to support clinical information. • Achieve and maintain application specific certification in accordance with vendor requirements. • Conduct workflow analysis and assess need for workflow redesign and process improvement.

Requirements

• Preferred 4 year degree OR a 2 year degree with equivalent experience required. • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience required. • Strong software and application knowledge. • Prior clinical and electronic medical record experience. • Applications specific certifications as required. • RN Licensure if an RN (preferred). • Project Management experience preferred. • May need to travel to Nemours sites as needed. • Hospital billing and/or professional billing experience preferred. Epic application support experience preferred.
