📋 Description

• Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to partners. • Collaborate with sales in pre-sales engagements to design solutions. • Guide partners post-sales for smooth implementation and long-term success. • Design API-driven financial solutions and assist partners in implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years+ of success in customer-centric roles; FinTech or SaaS experience preferred. • Customer-facing engineering role experience; proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages preferred. • Experience in full-stack development; understanding of system integrations; complex applications preferred. • Hands-on experience with APIs; integrating RESTful APIs into web applications preferred. • Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. • Problem-solving mindset with an entrepreneurial approach. • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to evolving technologies and business needs. • Willing to attend annual company offsite and travel occasionally to support partners.
