• Manage operational activities for third-party service centers and TPMs. • Oversee compliance and standardizing operations across the network. • Lead training programs and cost-saving initiatives. • Evaluate site performance and health for Safety improvements. • Support negotiations around costs and volumes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Management or similar is required. • Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean Experience • 3-5 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience. • Must be able to communicate with all levels of an organization, both internal and external. • Must have demonstrated success of leading cross-functional project teams • Must have demonstrated success in negotiating skills. • Must be able to work independently and collaborate across remote teams • Must have experience of developing and successfully implementing continuous improvement and/or cost savings projects • Must be willing to travel extensively and at times on short notice. • Languages Required English; Desirable: Spanish
