• Support ChessKid engineering across the full stack - frontend, backend, iOS and Android • Work with the broader Chess.com engineering team on infrastructure and systems integration • Ensure that our user facing products are being built with high quality and velocity • Partner with product and engineers to itemize projects into chunks, predict value delivery and support prioritization • Continuously improve the efficiency for developers by investing in testing, CI/CD, shared libraries, and best practices • Continuously improve your craft as a mentor/teacher, designing relationships that level up your colleagues skills and knowledge • Continuously improve your craft as a coach/leader - design relationships that build trust and support the people around you
Requirements
• Strong technical leadership skills (PHP, iOS, Android, MySQL, Java) • Constant yearn for learning and adaptability to change • Servant leadership
