• As the Sales Leader, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling our outbound sales team. • You will create and implement effective sales strategies, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and set performance metrics to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. • Your role will involve hiring and training top talent, managing sales processes, and ensuring the team meets its sales goals. • Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing team of outbound sales representatives. • Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy that aligns with company objectives. • Create, document, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales activities. • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track sales team performance. • Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives. • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Leader or similar role, with a strong track record of success in outbound sales within the SaaS industry. • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. • Exceptional business acumen with a deep understanding of sales strategies, metrics, and best practices. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize sales performance. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
