β€’ Self-motivated, experienced, mechanically-inclined individual to work as a Regional Sales Manager β€’ Manage sales activities of the assigned territory β€’ Drive business in the region to increase market share penetration β€’ Become a trusted partner to customers to help achieve strategic goals β€’ Technically and commercially support distributors in the Food/Personal Care market β€’ Sell NETZSCH products and service to meet or exceed sales revenue plan β€’ Research, analyze and recommend new sales partners for the region β€’ Provide required training to sales partners on products and operational procedures β€’ Make joint sales calls with sales partners to build relationships β€’ Represent NETZSCH at trade shows and industry events β€’ Provide market trends, sales growth strategies, and competitive intelligence

Requirements

β€’ Previous experience selling industrial equipment, preferably pumps within Food, Personal Care and/or Hygienic industries β€’ Solid negotiation skills which includes the ability to communicate, persuade, strategize and cooperate β€’ Driven to achieve results β€’ Ability to develop Regional Strategy Plans including specific roadmaps to reach sales and profitability goals β€’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision β€’ Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time β€’ Ability to have related business and technical discussions, speak in front of groups β€’ Valid driver’s license and current passport β€’ Ability to travel up to 70%
