• Self-motivated, experienced, mechanically-inclined individual to work as a Regional Sales Manager • Manage sales activities of the assigned territory • Drive business in the region to increase market share penetration • Become a trusted partner to customers to help achieve strategic goals • Technically and commercially support distributors in the Food/Personal Care market • Sell NETZSCH products and service to meet or exceed sales revenue plan • Research, analyze and recommend new sales partners for the region • Provide required training to sales partners on products and operational procedures • Make joint sales calls with sales partners to build relationships • Represent NETZSCH at trade shows and industry events • Provide market trends, sales growth strategies, and competitive intelligence
• Previous experience selling industrial equipment, preferably pumps within Food, Personal Care and/or Hygienic industries • Solid negotiation skills which includes the ability to communicate, persuade, strategize and cooperate • Driven to achieve results • Ability to develop Regional Strategy Plans including specific roadmaps to reach sales and profitability goals • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time • Ability to have related business and technical discussions, speak in front of groups • Valid driver’s license and current passport • Ability to travel up to 70%
