• Self-motivated, experienced, mechanically-inclined individual to work as a Regional Sales Manager • Responsible for managing the sales activities of the assigned territory • Build relationships with key customers in the region • Perform joint sales calls with sales partners or service personnel • Represent NETZSCH at trade shows and industry events • Provide the Company with market trends, sales growth strategies and competitive intelligence
• Previous experience selling industrial equipment, preferably pumps within Food, Personal Care and/or Hygienic industries • Solid negotiation skills including ability to communicate, persuade, strategize and cooperate • Must be driven to achieve results • Ability to develop Regional Strategy Plans • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time • Ability to have related business and technical discussions • Ability to speak in front of groups • Valid driver’s license and current passport • Ability to travel up to 70% as required to achieve sales goals
