📋 Description
• Chief Detective is seeking an ambitious Paid Social Specialist. • Responsible for managing a portfolio of 3 to 5 Meta ad accounts. • Create and optimize media plans, develop creative strategies, and drive growth. • Collaborate with internal teams, manage campaigns, and report data analysis. • Stay updated on Meta's platform features and trends. • Act as primary client contact for ad performance and insights.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience with Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram). • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large budgets across campaigns. • Able to drive creative strategy on Meta ad accounts, including developing creative and content pipelines, ad concepting, and briefing to quickly scale accounts. • Familiar with creative best practices on Meta, including image, video, and copy requirements. • Proficient in multi-channel attribution and tracking across paid media platforms, with expertise in configuring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting data and attribution issues. • Familiarity or experience with other paid channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Google) is a plus. • Experience managing accounts with monthly budgets of at least 100K+. • Experience working with DTC/e-commerce clients (i.e. purchase-optimized campaigns).
