β’ Chief Detective is seeking an ambitious Paid Social Specialist. β’ Responsible for managing a portfolio of 3 to 5 Meta ad accounts. β’ Create and optimize media plans, develop creative strategies, and drive growth. β’ Collaborate with internal teams, manage campaigns, and report data analysis. β’ Stay updated on Meta's platform features and trends. β’ Act as primary client contact for ad performance and insights.
β’ 3+ years of experience with Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram). β’ Proven track record of managing and optimizing large budgets across campaigns. β’ Able to drive creative strategy on Meta ad accounts, including developing creative and content pipelines, ad concepting, and briefing to quickly scale accounts. β’ Familiar with creative best practices on Meta, including image, video, and copy requirements. β’ Proficient in multi-channel attribution and tracking across paid media platforms, with expertise in configuring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting data and attribution issues. β’ Familiarity or experience with other paid channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Google) is a plus. β’ Experience managing accounts with monthly budgets of at least 100K+. β’ Experience working with DTC/e-commerce clients (i.e. purchase-optimized campaigns).
