Description

• Responsible for the development, planning, and writing of compliant and compelling proposal content for Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State and other Federal Customers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources • Stay current with industry standards and best practices in technical writing • Job duties will include interviewing Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Solution Architects to draft technical proposal content that is compelling and compliant to the solicitation requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical field + 8 years professional work experience • Prior Military experience • Prior experience in proposal or technical writing for Government contracting • Trained in professional proposal writing strategy • Strong writing and communication skills with ability to assess and digest large amounts of information to develop tailored proposal content under tight deadlines • Technical background and/or proficient understanding in any of the following fields: Training, Acquisition, Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction, Intelligence Analysis, etc. • Analytical and critical thinking ability • Experience with any IC, FedCiv, or DoD customer
