📋 Description

• Participate in planning, execution, and management of coffee and draft system needs for events. • Manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics and vendor coordination. • Ensure equipment is in proper working order, confirm safety compliance. • Access venues, install coffee and draft systems, and support technical needs during events. • Actively participate in events by staffing systems or machines. • Break down equipment upon event completion and conduct service calls during low activity.

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about coffee and hospitality. • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written. • Enjoys interacting with customers. • Eagerness to grow as a coffee professional. • Ability to give and take critical feedback. • Occasionally work non-traditional hours and weekends. • Ability to lift, move, and/or carry coffee equipment up to 40 – 50lbs. • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and twist. • Ability to travel locally (50 miles) and regionally (50+ miles). • Ability to travel for 7-10 consecutive nights on a regular basis. • Valid driver’s license. • 2 - 5 years experience in the hospitality, foodservice, or specialty coffee industry. • Proven track record of success in your professional career. • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts.
