• CONTRACT POSITION • This position is on the road going to patient homes. • This is NOT a Remote position • My Choice Therapy is a growing Home Health Therapy company providing quality services to patients in the comfort of their homes. • We are looking for skilled and patient-focused Therapists to join our growing team! • We have coverage across all of Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange counties!
Requirements
• CPR Certification • Driver’s license & Auto insurance • Physical Exam & TB Clearance from within 6 months • Professional liability insurance • A valid practicing license from the State of California • Business License or Sole Proprietorship • Bilingual (Not required, but preferred)
