Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 therapy tailored to the unique needs of children, teenagers, and their families. • Collaborate closely with the clinical team to develop personalized treatment plans for each client and their family. • Actively involve parents and caregivers in treatment sessions to foster collaboration and drive the treatment plan forward. • Access consultation and resources from our non-profit partner to integrate cutting-edge treatment protocols and methods into your practice, ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients. • Complete and sign patient notes within 24 hours.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinicians: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses preferred). • Clinical Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with expertise in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT. • Telehealth Experience: Experience in delivering telehealth services. • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team and effective engagement with stakeholders. • Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload). • Credentialing: Active NPI and established CAQH credentialing, with existing credentialing with major insurers.
