Description

• Manage the entire customer lifecycle • Assist the sales team during deal closure • Coordinate customer onboarding with sales and engineering teams • Maintain customer data in CRM systems • Handle customer support tickets • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly • Review customer accounts for service improvements • Focus on customer retention and satisfaction

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in customer success or account management • Proven track record in managing customer relationships • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk • Strong understanding of blockchain technology • Excellent English communication skills • Empathy and a customer-centric mindset • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Flexibility to adapt to new tools and technologies • Strong organizational and project management skills
