Description

• Work with Strategic Account Manager for APAC and ANZ. • Craft customer success strategies and build strong customer relationships. • Part of global Customer Success Management Team. • Establish trusted relationships with clients and provide technical solutions. • Maintain customer success metrics and develop support content.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of laser scanning and reality capture solutions. • 5+ years of experience in relevant roles. • Working knowledge of hardware/software reality capture solutions (required). • Familiarity with Digital Twin/Industry 4.0 practices using Autodesk Products (required). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong empathy for customers.
