📋 Description

• Job Purpose: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs. • Client Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands. • Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and retention marketing campaigns. • Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance. • Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services. • Thought Leadership: Provide valuable industry insights to enhance the company’s reputation as an industry leader.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 5 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing, client strategy, or account management, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment. • Strong understanding of retention marketing, including email, SMS, and CRM strategies. • Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. • Proven experience in people management and leadership, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members. • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting. • Ability to communicate complex marketing insights in a clear and actionable manner. • Experience in upselling and cross-selling services to drive revenue growth. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on strategy execution.
