📋 Description

• Product Manager for IT, leading product strategy and execution. • Collaborate with global software engineering teams as Product Owner. • Manage product backlog, write user stories, and release planning. • Conduct requirements gathering and support product development. • Foster relationships between IT and business partners. • Empower team of Product Analysts and ensure high performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles • In-depth knowledge of Scrum • Salesforce experience preferred • Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills • Flexible and collaborative mindset • Proven planning and organizational skills • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills • Creative thinker capable of executing their vision • High attention to detail • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and, when necessary, with minimal resources • Readiness to grow and develop yourself, your team, and CIEE • Ability to embrace CIEE’s Core Values (Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and Problem Solving) and culture
