Description

• As a member of the professional services team you will be responsible for reviewing client business processes and providing solid analysis and assessing solutions. • You will be recognized as a cloud business systems expert and support our customers as they migrate solutions to modern platforms. • Responsibilities include managing discovery, analysis, and assessment phases, producing qualified solutions and estimating the work plan. • Perform gap analysis between systems functionality and customer’s requirements. • Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, or workarounds to meet customer requirements. • Develop functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365 BC enhancements and integrations to other business applications. • Work with the Project Manager to formulate implementation plans, risks and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• University degree in a software development area • 3 or more years of Dynamics NAV, or D365 BC development experience • Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions • Understanding of D365 tools and related business processes • Ability to analyze and solve complex application problems • English knowledge of at least Upper-Intermediate level • Flexible and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies • D365 BC Certifications as a plus.
