Description

• Provide technical assistance during onboarding. • Work closely with sales executives, account managers, product owners, and strategic services teams. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Develop a deep understanding of the Xtremepush platform. • Deliver bespoke computations, dashboards, and models for clients.

Requirements

• Proven technical support experience, preferably for SaaS platforms. • Strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, HTTP). • Good knowledge of RESTful APIs. • A strong interest or previous experience with AWS. • Strong and demonstrable SQL skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and presentation abilities. • Detail-oriented and organised, capable of organising cross-functional projects. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
