Description

• Work side-by-side in partnership with sales team engaging with qualified potential clients in the presales process • Operate in a consultancy/advisory role to provide technical expertise, discuss approaches, solutions and the Cheesecake Labs process with guidance on product definition • Participate in sales calls with potential clients to extract technical and functional requirements, or advise where clients are not sure • Document and provide high-level technical specifications, including a detailed scope of work and solution description, together with project plan and estimates to support the sales process • Support the salesperson in creating proposals with technical inputs that represent the best value proposition for the potential client • Support the salesperson in presenting the proposal during the stages of our pre-sales process • Serve as the conduit between the sales and delivery process to help with the team onboarding and kick-off to ensure warm transfer and continuity • As part of the business team, offer technical support and collaborate with the account managers to guarantee exceptional customer experience • Continually research current and emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to expand your mind, understanding, and toolset • Interact interdepartmentally and cross-functionally, including product managers, engineers, and designers in order to craft the best solution during the pre-sales process • Work cooperatively and handle multiple projects with the flexibility to change focus quickly.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience with software engineering and design architecture • Project and product management skills • Working knowledge of Kanban and product development processes • Deep analytical skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing skills (English & Portuguese); • Heavy interaction with US-based clients • Proactive communication and collaboration skills • Influence and negotiation skills • Experience with agile best practices and teams • Ability to support multiple products and projects • Detail oriented
