Description

•We are looking for someone to work as part of an Agile development team to design technology solutions related to new products and existing product enhancements. •Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions meet the user requirements and can be implemented efficiently.

Requirements

•Proven experience of working in an Agile Scrum development environment. •Knowledge and experience of how to develop technical designs from user stories and to turn that into acceptance criteria with Given-When-Then syntax. •Must have a good technical understanding of Agile Scrum development •Must be able to understand the detail behind Cifas’ systems and quickly develop an expert knowledge •Able to use SQL to interrogate the Cifas databases for analysis linked to solution design •Able to work as part of a team, to support other areas when needed and draw on knowledge and experience to help deliver an excellent Agile development process •Must have good communication skills, able to explain concepts to people at differing technical levels and adjust the style to the audience •Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative ideas, able to quickly identify issues and solutions. •Able to collaborate across all teams in the business •Able to work effectively with the rest of the Product and Technology team to turn real business problems into workable solutions for implementation
