📋 Description

• Help optimize legal processes and drive efficiency in the legal function. • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline contract management and improve workflows. • Support process automation and data-driven decisions using legal tech tools. • Ensure compliance and efficient contract execution with sales teams. • Identify operational efficiencies and implement best practices. • Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, IT, HR, and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, paralegal, or contract management role. • Experience working with Ironclad as a CLM is required. • Experience from working with Salesforce is beneficial but not required. • Strong understanding of legal department workflows and tools. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Inquisitive and challenges the effectiveness of processes.
