• Drive data engineering efforts and be a subject matter expert • Partner with teams to build platforms and datasets • Support individual and career growth of team members • Become an expert on data sources and ETL flows • Implement, maintain and optimize data warehouse and tooling • Manage a team of data engineers

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience working with large datasets and modern data tools • 5+ years of experience with technical leadership and people management • Knowledge of Python and Expert at SQL • Expertise in database / data warehouse design • Experience with common software development flows and tools (Linux, git, AWS) • Designing and implementing complex modeling solutions from ideation to production • Ability to break down analytics projects into a structured approach • Track record of developing, managing and retaining data engineers • Experience managing remote teams
