🎯 Requirements

• Values alignment — strong alignment with our values, find our values on our career page if you haven’t read up on them yet • Fluent in English — you are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5. • Customer-first mindset — you think holistically about the customer journey and have deep empathy for what messages prospects and customers want to receive at each stage. • Structured thinking — you can break down complex customer segments and lifecycle stages and communicate insights clearly, simply, and effectively. • Meticulous attention to detail — you spot errors in copy, formatting, and segmentation before they go live. • Strong copywriting skills — you know how to write compelling, on-brand messaging that resonates with the audience, drives action, and fits the channel and stage of the journey. • Project management skills — you can juggle multiple lifecycle programs across different segments while staying organized and efficient.
