• Lead marketing projects for Spanish resource area to drive revenue • Conduct research and analysis on marketing data and trends • Develop marketing collateral to align with brand needs • Create marketing plans based on data insights • Design research initiatives to understand Spanish-speaking market • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners • Ensure culturally relevant content for Spanish-speaking audiences
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, required • Master’s degree, preferred • 2-3 years marketing and project management experience • Experience in process management in ministry • Fully bilingual and fluent in Spanish • Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish • Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines • Outstanding customer service skills • Excellent problem-solving capability • Good listening skills • Strong computer skills (Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite) • Professional, self-motivated, team player • Operates with integrity and passion to serve others
