📋 Description

• Assist in creating and editing marketing content, including promotional materials, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media posts. • Provide support for lead generation efforts and monitor ongoing programs under the direction of senior team members. • Contribute to the development of marketing plans, reports, creative briefs, and presentations. • Support team efforts during photo and video production and assist with post-production editing. • Help organize and coordinate event sponsorships, exhibitions, and trade show logistics. • Review marketing collateral and suggest updates and edits as needed. • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance marketing initiatives, including internet marketing, trade show preparation, and direct campaigns. • Assist Fleet Development, Charter Sales, and Senior Management with delegated tasks and special projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred. • At least 2 years of marketing experience in a mid-sized organization. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, HTML/CSS, CRM/CMS platforms, social media, and email marketing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a creative, collaborative mindset. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities. • Willingness to travel 15-20% and accommodate non-standard work hours.
