• OraSure Technologies Inc. (OTI) empowers the global community to improve health and wellness by providing access to accurate, essential information. • Together with its wholly owned subsidiaries, OTI provides its customers with end-to-end solutions. • It’s first-to-market, innovative products include rapid tests for the detection of antibodies to HIV and Hepatitis C (HCV) on the OraQuick® platform; sample self-collection and stabilization products for molecular applications; and oral fluid laboratory tests for detecting various drugs of abuse. • Here at OTI our innovative sampling tools and diagnostics unlock access to accurate, essential information that advances global health and well-being. • The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for the ongoing support of a marketing strategy and tactical execution of deliverables designed to drive demand and awareness of our offerings with customers, prospects, vendors, and internal audiences. • The Associate Marketing Manager will handle multiple projects, ranging from short communications to complex projects and integrated launch plans focused on specific target markets and products.

• Collaborative approach, and demonstrated ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes • Experience driving marketing programs and business innovation. • Experience working in highly matrixed, complex organization with aggressive goals and timelines. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to acquire technical knowledge and to interact with scientific community, customers, channel partners. • Strong presentation and communication skills. • Strong project management skills and experience working in a deadline driven work environment and multiple project oversite. • Demonstrate excellent written skills (copywriting and proofreading) and attention to detail. • A strong attention to detail, demonstrated creativity and a sense of ownership for projects. A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid collaboration and communication skills. • Well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. • A reliable and high-speed internet connection is necessary for seamless communication while working remotely. • Bachelor's degree in Business or the Sciences is required. • MBA preferred. • Experience (3+ years) in marketing. • Travel throughout the U.S. and occasionally internationally
