Description

• Lead a team of Data Scientists to apply quantitative methods and develop ML models • Find opportunities in AI and own the roadmap aligning with organizational goals • Oversee design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions • Work to improve data infrastructure and quality to support ML solutions • Engage with Product and Engineering leaders for strategic analysis • Inspire and manage Data Analysts, Scientists and Engineers toward project goals

Requirements

• 12+ years of Data Science and AI experience in software products • Minimum of 5+ years of experience building a high-performance Data Science and AI team • Masters/PhD in quantitative field preferred or equivalent experience • Demonstrated leadership across high visibility projects • Outstanding background in Machine Learning with hands-on experience • Familiar with ML modeling techniques such as deep learning, NLP, etc. • Strong written and oral presentation skills • Attention to detail balancing operational and strategic perspective
